Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 2738) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 165                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to providing field accommodations for big game                                                             
    hunters."

    SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 165(RLS)                                                                                       
    "An Act relating to discipline of big game hunting guides and                                                               
    transporters and to providing field accommodations for big game
