Full Journal pdf2008-04-09 House Journal Page 2772 HB 165 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2738) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 165 "An Act relating to providing field accommodations for big game hunters." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 165(RLS) "An Act relating to discipline of big game hunting guides and transporters and to providing field accommodations for big game hunters." (SCR 26 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 165, thus adopting SCS HB 165(RLS), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 165?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS HB 165(RLS) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
